Shipping & Returns
We offer free shipping for orders $25 and over, excluding gift cards. For orders under $25, shipping charges are calculated by weight, ranging from $3.95 to $14.95.
Orders placed by noon CST are normally processed and shipped within approximately two (2) business days from the date the order was placed. Sales and launches extend the processing time to about three to seven (3-7) business days. Domestic shipping within the U.S. usually takes 3-10 business days.
Orders do not ship until they have been fully processed. Please take order processing time into consideration when selecting a shipping method.
We are confident that you will fall in love with Hyve. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, get in touch with us at email@example.com! We will gladly accept returns for items purchased from hyveclean.com and issue you a full refund (excluding shipping) on the items.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping fee, which is non-refundable. Items must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of receipt for a full refund.
- If your order is returned after 30 days, you will be eligible for store credit.
For damaged items, send us details about the damage along with a photo and order number within SEVEN (7) DAYS of receipt. You will also have the opportunity to tell us if you want to return the item for a refund or receive a replacement item.
So that we can better assist you, please title the subject of your email "Order return" and include your order number when contacting us.
